Super Snowy Weekend!

Well, the horses did NOT approve, but we've had a brilliant few days playing in the snow! School was called off on Friday, so the children had a ball snowboarding and sledging, made much easier by being dragged back up the hill by the quad bike! 

We rolled giant snowballs in the field to expose some grass for the horses, but when we made them into snowmen, the horses were totally freaked out! They snorted and pranced, and then kicked them to bits!

Dexter the dog enjoyed himself though, and we all enjoyed a couple of days of fresh air and fun, followed by hot chocolates and log fires. Quite glad to have the roads back now, though!
